4. No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring Outcomes
Indubitable Talent does not guarantee employment to candidates, the availability of any particular position, the availability of any particular candidate, or that a client will hire any candidate presented.
Hiring decisions are made by employers. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they provide regarding their qualifications, experience, credentials, and employment history.
Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions and for conducting any background checks, reference checks, credential verification, employment eligibility verification, or other due diligence they determine is appropriate or legally required, except where Indubitable Talent expressly agrees in writing to perform a particular service.
5. HR, Workforce, and AI Advisory Services
Indubitable Talent may provide HR, workforce, hiring-process, AI readiness, responsible AI adoption, and related advisory services.
Any recommendations, assessments, strategies, tools, or other materials provided through such services are intended to support business decision-making. Clients remain responsible for evaluating recommendations and determining whether and how to implement them.
AI-related information and recommendations may involve technologies, regulations, standards, and practices that continue to evolve. Indubitable Talent does not guarantee any particular business, financial, operational, compliance, or workforce outcome from the use or implementation of such recommendations.
Specific advisory engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.
6. Scheduling and Contact Forms
Submitting a contact form, hiring request, or scheduling a meeting through this website does not create a client relationship or obligate Indubitable Talent to provide services.
